The plan is already in the repository you just opened
Your agent sends the git remote, gets back the application, its stack, its owners and its open tickets in priority order, and updates them under the same rules you work under. 115 MCP tools, one database, no pasted context.
The parts of the workspace you actually touch
Open a repo, get the plan
plan_context matches the git remote to an application and returns its type, database, hosting, frontend, backend, active cycle and open tickets ordered by priority, stage and blockers. The titles of documents attached to those tickets come with it.
Writes that cannot trample anyone
Every update carries the version it read. If a teammate or another agent saved first, the write is rejected and nothing changes. Bulk edits of up to 100 tickets apply all-or-nothing.
Rules that hold for people and agents alike
Ticket types set a default owner, a starting stage and the stages they may use. Projects can require an owner, an estimate and closed blockers before Done. The checks are the same in the browser, in Slack, over the API and through MCP.
Your own view of the work
Saved views as a board or a list, grouped by stage or owner, filtered by type, cycle, milestone, labels or due date, in a manual order you drag. Press C to create a ticket wherever you are.
Work arrives from somewhere, and goes somewhere
One workspace means the handover is a link between records rather than a message asking someone to copy something across.
A call becomes reviewed tickets, already linked to the customer
A milestone's target date, counted from the tickets under it
A delivery range with a probability, not a promise
Pull request sync and backlog importers are not built. Applications record their repository so agents find the right plan, but Falrow does not read your commits or your CI.
We would rather you read that here than find it out in week two.
Every claim above is one of these, seen from this angle.
Bring engineering onto the same plan
We are opening workspaces to a few teams at a time. Tell us what you build and who needs to see it, and we will set it up with you.
