One person, several projects, and an agent that does the typing

The overhead of a tracker is the reason most solo builders do not keep one. Here the agent writes most of it: you open a repository, ask what to work on, and the plan, the updates and the report keep themselves.

What you do with it

The parts of the workspace you actually touch

MCP writes

The agent keeps the board

Ask for the plan, work, and let the agent move the ticket, add the comment and attach the document. The board stays current because updating it is part of the session, not a chore afterwards.

Applications

Several projects without several tools

Each project records its own stack and repository. Switching from one to another is opening a different directory; the agent works out the rest from the git remote.

Saved reports

Something to send a client

A saved report with twelve sections and a forecast date with odds, rebuilt from history rather than written by you the night before.

Self-hosted

It is yours

One TypeScript application on one SQLite database, built to run on a server you control, with backup, verify and restore commands. No export request to leave.

Where it connects

Work arrives from somewhere, and goes somewhere

One workspace means the handover is a link between records rather than a message asking someone to copy something across.

A client calltickets

Action items you picked, linked to the customer

Your repothe agent

The plan for that exact project

The historythe client

A report and a date you did not have to write

What it does not do

Falrow is billed per workspace during the beta and is not free. If you want a checklist rather than a plan, this is heavier than you need.

We would rather you read that here than find it out in week two.
