When a cycle ends, preview what is unfinished and choose what moves, or switch on automatic rollover. Capacity per person is visible while you are pulling work in, not after.
Stages that match how you work
Name your own stages under Triage, Backlog, Todo, In progress, In review, Done and Canceled, and limit which moves are allowed. Completion rules can require an owner, an estimate and closed blockers.
