2.Point of contact for authorities and users

Under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act, our single point of contact for member state authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users of the Service is bas@falrow.com. We accept communications in English and Dutch.

3.Reporting illegal content

Falrow stores content privately for its customers; nothing in a workspace is published to the public. If you nevertheless believe a workspace holds illegal content, or content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, send a notice to bas@falrow.com containing:

  • a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
  • a clear indication of its exact location, such as a shared link, a ticket key or a workspace name;
  • your name and email address (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material, where you may report anonymously); and
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt, decide in a timely, diligent and objective manner, and tell you the outcome and how to seek redress. If we restrict content or an account, we give the affected customer a statement of reasons, as Article 17 of the Digital Services Act requires, and they can ask us to reconsider. We report content that suggests a threat to someone's life or safety to the relevant authorities.

5.Government requests for customer data

We treat Customer Data as our customers' data. When a public authority asks us for it:

  • we require valid, legally binding process, and do not give voluntary access;
  • we first try to redirect the authority to the customer, who is better placed to respond;
  • we review each request for legality and scope, and challenge it where it is unlawful, overbroad or conflicts with the law of the EU or of the customer's country, including under Article 32 of the EU Data Act;
  • we notify the customer before disclosing anything, unless the law forbids it, and if we are forbidden we will notify as soon as that restriction ends;
  • we disclose only the minimum the order strictly requires.

Workspace data is hosted in the EU, and the application-level encryption of integration secrets uses keys held separately from the database. These measures, together with the policy above, are how we protect against unlawful governmental access to non-personal and personal data alike.

6.Representatives in the EU and the UK

Until a representative is named on this page, you can contact us directly about any matter under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Digital Services Act or the AI Act at bas@falrow.com, and we will answer in the same way a representative would.
